We’ll talk you through the benefits and possible side effects so that you can make an informed decision. If you have any concerns about your current contraception, please book an appointment to discuss it with us.

Pregnancy testing and counselling
If you think you might be pregnant, we offer confidential pregnancy testing. Our team is here to support you with counselling and information on all your options.
STI testing and treatment
We offer discreet testing and treatment for a variety of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, and HIV. Early detection and treatment are key to maintaining good health and preventing long-term complications.
HIV testing and prevention
We provide confidential HIV testing and counselling on prevention strategies. For those at higher risk, we also offer PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) to reduce the risk of contracting HIV.

Sexual health education
We offer education on safe sex practices, STI awareness, and maintaining a healthy sexual relationship. Our goal is to empower you to make informed decisions about your sexual well-being.
Cervical screening (smear tests)
Regular cervical screenings are essential to detect early signs of cervical cancer. New Zealand’s screening programme now includes self-testing with a vaginal swab to increase participation. The self-test checks for HPV, the virus linked to cervical cancer. If HPV is detected, you’ll be referred for a clinician-collected cervical smear. In some cases, a smear may be recommended without a self-test.
HPV vaccination
HPV immunisation is available through our GP teams and is recommended for anyone aged 9 to 26 years old.
Support for sexual dysfunction
Sexual issues are common and nothing to be embarrassed about. Your GP or healthcare provider is available to discuss sex-related concerns and offer support and treatment options.

Care for reproductive health
We offer confidential support for men and women, including services for preconception care, fertility, and menopause support. Speak to your GP for personalised guidance and care.
Confidentiality and privacy
Your privacy is our top priority. While there are some legal obligations we may need to discuss, our services are largely confidential, and we ensure your health information remains secure and private.
